I’ve been helping companies increase their conversion rates through digital transformation with a customer-first approach for close to 10 years. My passion and skill lies in understanding human behaviour. I’ve helped my clients gain a better understating of their customers across multiple industries such as retail, real estate, finance, insurance, health care, education, and tourism. My role covers experience strategy, audience definition, user research, customer journey mapping, workshop facilitation, optimisation planning, marketing automation, CRM journeys and measurement. My knowledge of data analytics, CRM and AI is ever evolving, partnering with the top Martech providers such as Salesforce, Optimizely, Sitecore, Adobe and more depending the needs of my client and the use case. I'm good at my job because I have empathy and strive to make lives easier for all humans. I always come with a point of view and challenge ideas to arrive at a compelling case for meaningful change. I am a great collaborator, working with small multi-disciplinary teams towards a shared goal. I drive delivery towards outcomes, not outputs. I aim to maintain a pragmatic approach, focussing on the objectives & KPIs to balance businesses RoI with customer goals. I help businesses take an outside-in, human-centric approach; teaching about design thinking methodologies and running behavioural design workshops to innovate through a deep understanding of the audience, their barriers and needs. My ongoing studies include behavioural science and data science.
