- Tasks primarily concerns 4 different sets of accounts regarding 3 Danish companies, 1 UK company. Some task involves all approximately 8 companies in the Noreco Group (number of companies has varied due to sales and purchases of companies)- Debtors-, creditors- and financial accounts, including quality control of outgoing invoices, document management of incoming invoices (scan,electronic approval, payments)- Currency adjustments of all debtors, creditors and ledger accounts.- Monthly reconciliation of all bank account and cash- Monthly reconciliation of intercompany balances- Super-user on financial systems – Visma Business and Visma Document Center - Support on financial systems to other users in the Noreco Group in Denmark and Norway- Participation in monthly, quarterly and yearly reports- Calculation of accruals- Intercompany invoicing of sold hours from the Danish and Norwegian subsidiaries, plus controlling of hour registration within the whole organization.- Super-user on time management system Current- VAT reports to Danish authorities for Danish and English companies- Reporting to FDO, Danmarks statistik and Danmarks Nationalbank.- Payroll administration Danish employees- Some administration on leasing of company cars- Employee representative in Work environment committee
