My first years as Recrateam employee I have worked as a recreation worker at different holiday parks/campsites in the Netherlands. From 2015 I worked as the team leader of the recreation at holiday parks/campsites. Within this role I was responsible for the planning, the communication between the team and the holiday park/campsite, and the quality of the activities.

I worked as homework assistant at Studiekring. At different schools at Eindhoven and region I supported pupils with doing their homework. Next to this I tutored pupils for their final exams and pupils who need extra help to pass the year.

I have developed a tool for children with cancer to express their emotional and physical state and to support the primary school teacher to create an individual planning suitable for the current well-being of the child. I have conducted interviews, context mappings sessions, and observations to create a deep understanding of the users and their lives and needs. At the Wateringse Veld College I worked as a homework assistant for Haags Studiepunt. I supported pupils after school in developing their study skills, such as planning or learning strategies, and I tutored them on professional level. During the absence of the coordination I took over his duties, such as administration, contact with the parents, and employee planning.

I worked in a multidisciplinary team of inters on several projects. I worked on 4 projects in which the assignments varied from writing a business plan, facilitate creative sessions to evaluating and redesigning a product and application. Within the projects I was responsible for the planning and I focussed on designing user-friendly products/services.
