Further concretization & implementation of the proposition of the medical expertise team (Behandeling & Expertise) of ORO, which was rebranded to 'Lore, jouw behandel- en expertisecentrum' in September 2021. ORO's medical team of more than 100 experienced and dedicated professionals is operating in a challenging environment with growing competition and scarcity of good staff. To continue to provide more and more clients with the best treatment and dedicated attention to live a happy life, they are taking on the challenge of stronger bringing across their unique added value to both clients and caretakers.

MedApp is a ambitious tech & health start-up, helping people to improve their quality of life by making medicine use easier. Having many people using their app and currently building a pharmacy service to improve medicine use even more, they are making a real change in the pharmacy services market.

Development and implementation of an agile marketing approach for the Webhelp brand and sub brands Netino, Xtrasource and Telecats. Delivered a marketing strategy and managed the implementation (together with several experts) of a solid foundation for a.o. content marketing (several different forms like written articles, podcasts and inspiration sessions / events), email marketing (Pardot) and Linkedin marketing (organic, paid and social selling). Close cooperation with the sales team in aligning sales and marketing activities to reach shared goals regarding targeted brand awareness, lead generation and lead nurturing.

Managing the marketing team within this innovative and fast-growing organization. Working via Agile management principles, we delivered (a.o.) several online campaigns, a buyer journey based on customer research, the implementation of a partner portal, a plan for professionalizing local marketing activities and the marketing plan for 2018.

Development of a professional internal communications campaign and in-company digital market place aimed at activating and facilitating people to help their colleagues that combine their job with taking intensive care of a loved one ('mantelzorgers').
