As a family coordinator I support all family members by being their central contact person and involve + coordinate services across sectors (culture, education, welfare, health- and social services). The goal is to sustainably combat increasing social inequality and child poverty by providing better, coordinated services to families with persistent low income. Existing research shows that services for these families are often fragmented and poorly integrated. The effectiveness of this intervention will be assessed in a longitudinal study with regard to several indicators of socioeconomic status and living conditions (service use, mental health, health-related quality of life, self-efficacy, school performance and social participation).
