Design and optimize the Distribution Center and the Distribution Network around of country, being in charge of optimizing inventory levels, identifying market behavior models and thus generating an efficient replenishment model for finished products in each of the Distribution Center nationwide.Goals:• Optimization of logistics cost by 50% compared to direct labor, increase in the service level from 80% to 95%, increase in storage density by 40% in the same area and reduction of the percent backorders 60%.

Functions: Leadership and monitor the operational management of technical service executing the corrective and preventive maintenance of the refrigeration equipment of Meals de Colombia (Crem Helado); on the other hand, coordinate and ensure the mobilization of refrigeration equipment in Bogotá and Villavicencio, guaranteeing a high-quality service and efficient compliance with the services level agreements.Goals:• Standardization of processes and procedures, achieving efficiency in the initial process times of 2 weeks, to new times of 1 week.• Reduction in labor cost by 38%, due to the implementation of contracting for the provision of services, through payment per unit produced.• Optimization of the maintenance process (times and movements), optimization of the fixed cost, increased productivity in the Process Center and in the Field by 30%.
