I am a cultural anthropologist, economist and teacher (Spanish) with more than 30 years of practical experience in designing, implementing and managing projects in the area of enterprise development, job creation and employability of people with various backgrounds (youth, women, diaspora, migrants, refugees) in The Netherlands and developing countries, mainly in Sub-Sahara Africa. I developed capacity building programmes offering tailormade business creation programmes, including training through innovative and blended learning methodologies. My expertise includes training and mentoring of MSMEs in different phases of development, from ideation to scaling up. I also designed and (co)managed several entrepreneurship education programmes in TVET, mainly in Sub-Saharan Africa.With my own business Españu Global I have solid experience in intercultural and cross cultural communication training and programme development, as well as training in (business) Spanish.
