Moved team to monthly release format, so as to minimize disruption to business downtime.  Implement priorities of MRA business unit, without causing outages and enabling business to correctly submit encounters to CMS for payment to Humana. Created and managed the install of MRA DataMart so that current reporting would be possible and future reporting to CMS and States would be accurate.  Presented monthly status for all MRA projects to stakeholder committee.  Stabilized the application by implementing monthly releases.

PERFECT SERVICE INNOVATIONMedicare Remote Customer Service Pilot Project Manager: Managed Concept development, provided pitch/presentation and approvals, engaged partners and providers set up and goals of program, created measures of success metrics. Pilot provided conclusive evidence of a correlation between concierge customer service and improvement of Medicare member retention in the area surrounding the medical center. Higher Medicare member retention was correlated with medical offices that had overall high net promoter scores in Florida offices that participated in the pilot.
