David joined CSC in November 1990 as a member of the newly formed European Practice Management Group. This, self managing group, was established to develop CSC’s business consultancy offerings across Europe, and was the driving force behind many of CSC’s global offerings. In 1994 David was seconded to CSC’s Belgium operation to develop a business consultancy practice. He also became the co-leader of the newly formed global Organisational Change Expert Group. On completion of the secondment, David returned to the UK to co-ordinate the European aspects of the global CSC Knowledge Programme.
