Owning a digital company has also provided Inge with in-depth knowledge in digital marketing, e-commerce, cyber security and social media. In 2020 Ms. Plautz was selected to serve as one of ten advisors to the CEO of Old National Bank as a member of the CEO Council. She was instrumental in establishing the business plan, investment strategy and regulatory dialogue for the creation of a Minority Deposit Institution. Currently continues to advise on the progress of the institution with ONB leadership.Ms. Plautz graduated with an Executive MBA from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2013. Her undergraduate studies from the same university included a triple major in Finance, International Business and French. Ms. Plautz is an expert speaker and moderator on topics from board governance, sales principles, growth and sales strategies, strategic planning and mentorship.Ms. Plautz is a native of South Africa and calls Wisconsin home after immigrating in 2000. She is active with her family and enjoys golfing, SCUBA diving, traveling and Springboks Rugby.
