Progressed from managing Phase I healthy volunteer studies to directing multinational clinical teams. Directed multi-disciplinary study teams through the development and execution of Phase II – IV clinical trials, in categories ranging from ophthalmology, infectious diseases, cardiovascular, pain, dermatology, rheumatology, solid organ transplant and gastroenterology. Involved in regulatory filing and three regulatory approvals. Implemented and managed vendors on global multi-disciplinary study teams such as central reading centers, clinical product storage and distribution, central laboratories, meeting planners and randomization. Managed Phase I studies in healthy volunteers. Collaborated across departments to facilitate corporate initiatives that improved regulatory, financial and clinical processes. Participated in technology initiatives such as electronic data capture.
