Risk & safety and process engineer with strong drive and motivation to make a difference! During my 12 years in the process industry, my focus has been on risk and safety, process design deliverables, risk assessment workshop facilitation (HAZOP, HAZID, WEIA, WEHRA, etc.) and functional safety. I am a strong communicator, an extrovert and I find it natural to make connections around an organisation. I readily make decisions within my field based on facts, knowledge and experience. I am used to working at all levels in international cooperations with a multicultural workforce. I have chaired numerous risk identification workshops, been involved with a broad range of risk documentation and participated in courses related to my risk and safety work, e.g. on root cause analysis and for hazard study leaders. I have a structured and quality-oriented mindset and I always seek to deliver complete solutions within the deadline. I am very flexible and have an open approach to changes and new challenges.
