About Inger Olesen
Section for Food Characterisation and Safety is a team of competent, dedicated and really nice people. We counsel, train and educate employees in the food industry in extremely important subjects such as Food Safety Culture, HACCP, food fraud, hygiene, and food labelling. We also perform a huge range of physical and chemical analyses on foods and raw materials. Being able to measure product stability, rheological properties, efficiency of antioxidants, degradation products etc. help the food industry to estimate product quality and shelf life as well as reduce waste in the production.We also run three network dealing with HACCP, the fish industry, and food allergens (NOFA), respectively. The last one is run in cooperation with Food Diagnostics Aps and DHI Denmark.We strive to deliver a product adjusted to the individual needs of our clients.
