Coordinating customers' service requirements with other appropriate departments as necessary to ensure effective customer service. Interacting with customers, providing information in answer to inquiries about products, accounts and services. Follow-up turnover.This job has evolved into the coordination of packaging developments for all our international private label customers. Single point of contact for customers, design agencies, repro offices and our printers. Inform customers and design agencies about technical requirements as well as product specifications. Check in close collaboration with our quality department and production as well as the printers and our repro office the designs (colours, line drawing etc.) as well as the declarations with attention for details and current European legislation. Follow up the packaging projects with attention for the deadlines. Check with planning and purchasing department concerning timing and feasibility. Inform internal and external parties about possible delays and discuss with the customers what might be the consequences regarding the availability of the final product. Follow up the projects until the packaging has been delivered and is ready to be used in production.
