I am analytical, data-driven, numerically well-skilled, and I can easily understand and oversee processes and quickly but critically get to the core and possible solutions, with an eye for the bigger picture and dealing with stakeholders at all levels. From presenting to the directors - getting colleagues on board and making a project plan - to explaining to the end users. A well-performing (project) team and user-friendly processes that ensure happy end users and make a positive contribution to business results motivate me to work passionately on an improvement every day. I have a lot of experience with the (re)design of an application landscape and its functional management. In the IT field (network, workplace, telephony, WiFi, television & signage) I leave the technical management to a partner or internal specialists, but I know both from my role as IT manager and from my role as a consultative salesperson what is important and how to manage it, both strategically and operationally.
