CPA qualified, highly successful Senior Executive in ASX 100 companies, with a unique mix of operational and strategic skills used to assist Boards, CEOs and Executive teams deliver outstanding results, gained both locally and internationally in a range of industries and iconic companies including Bluescope Steel, Goodman Fielder, Toll and Hutchinson. Since 2013 Ingilby began his Non‐Executive Director chapter firstly with the Port of Melbourne, which included being a member of the Audit Committee. During this time Port of Melbourne was engaged in two significant projects, the $1.5b port development project and the lease sale providing proceeds to the Victorian Government of $9.7 billion. Further Directorships have followed, all within the private sector, and include Ron Finemore Transport, Altus Traffic, VicTrack, Bestrane, Lionel Samson Sadleirs Group, and Martin and Pleasance. These directorships are supported by pro bono Board roles within the industry and community, including The Australian Logistics Council and Anglesea Surf Club. They have provided an excellent base for further Board roles where business expertise, a strong operational and supply chain focus and skillset are required at Board level. Ingilby has also provided advisory support to a number of organisations covering supply chain, manufacturing, and logisitics.
