The project is a collaboration between several partners: The University of Stavanger, the University Hospital in Stavanger, NAV Rogaland, Rogaland County Council, and the University of Texas at Austin, USA.

Norwegian Design Council merged with Norsk Form and DOGA AS to form DOGA - Design and Archictecture Norway (www.doga.no) in 2014. Involved as part of communication team to increase knowledge and success of Norwegian design. More specifically; communication/PR, web site specification and IA, brand development, project management of interactives, newsletters, events, web site traffic growth. Responsible for the development of new web based services and online communication. Reporting to the communication director and assisting her on all communcation/PR and information activities. Project manager/driving force behind new the development and launch of an online index designbasen.no of Norwegian design agencies which launched in 2008.

Coordination of all marketing and communications activities to better position the company to its key B2C and B2B markets including broadcasters/content owners, delivery networks/telecoms and new media/communities, as well as developing, launching and marketing a new product for user generated content; Selfcast. My work at RawFlow was very varied and included project management of creatives, brand building, new product development, media communication and PR, organising of events, product launches and tradeshows. I also represented the company as a public speaker and managed the marketing team. Managed international PR working with agencies in the US and the UK.Founded in April 2000, Rawflow Ltd has broken new ground in the infrastructural technology used to broadcast live content over the Internet. Rawflow has developed a software solution that employs P2P to deliver a live broadcast to a mass audience over the Internet.

Ashridge New Media is a website and new media development company founded in 2003. As account manager for Ashridge New Media my role is to keep in touch with clients and develop new and existing business opportunities.

The research program ”The Value Creating board” aims to generate research-based knowledge about actual board behaviour in Norwegian companies. The programme runs until 2007 and is co-financed by the Norwegian Research Council, Innovation Norway, NHO - Confederation of Norwegian Business and Industry, Oslo Stock Exchange, the investment management firms Odin and Vital insurance, and the co-operative companies Tine and Gilde. As research assistant my task was planning, administration and finalising of a survey sent to top-level management and corporate board chairs in 3500 firms in Norway.

In addition, the position has involved executing and developing strategies for e-marketing via affiliate programmes and Google Adwords/ Overture etc. Through my work for Spreadshirt, I have gained significant experience in planning, executing and evaluating e-marketing strategy.
