-Deliver superior guest satisfaction to the Resorts VIP guests by consistently
 providing high quality services throughout their stay.-Manage and lead Club Millesime team to ensure all outstanding tasks are either complete or transitioned at end of shift.-Perform front office operations to assist Room Division Manager.
Ownership and responsibility for VIP guests entering and departing the Resort (check in and check out in Club Millesime Area) and at all times during their stay-Prepare month-end reports regarding all cost transfer from any outlet and store within the Resort, provide variance analysis from the previous month to explain movement in P&L for Room Division Manager.-Ensure myself and team delivered ‘Cousu Main service’ to provide the guest with “WoW” experiences beyond their expectations.Develop and implement personalised action plans for special VIPs who will visit the Resort, create and coordinate all activities throughout their stay from airport arrival to departure.-Dealing with both satisfied guests and unsatisfied guests to take immediate action when and where necessary to ‘problem solve’
