Aeronautical Engineer with more than eight (08) years of experience in the aircraft maintenance industry, including: (1) Knowledge of aircraft Maintenance and Engineering functions, aircraft regulatory requirements and maintenance documentation; (2) Inspection of aircraft and engine records for compliance with the terms of the lease or delivery agreement, including but not limited to: Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, Major Modifications, Supplemental Type Certificate Modifications, Structural Repairs, maintenance checks, repair and overhaul, inspection of parts with limited life. (3) Preventive maintenance that ensures aircraft airworthiness compliance and service bulletins to improve their safety; (4) Planning of preventive maintenance; (5) Planning of audits and effectiveness of resources; (6) Organization and direction of audit team members; (7) Preparation and completion of audit reports; (8) Knowledge of EASA, FAA, RAV, RAD Regulations. (9) Ability to ensure the implementation of actions resulting from nonconformities as part of Airworthiness inspections or reviews. (10) Knowledge in statistical data analysis, Management reporting, monitoring methodologies and problem solving, understanding and interpretation of engineering drawings and specifications. (11) Creation and updating of internal procedures of the Company according to National and International Norms and Regulations. (12) Experience as an instructor to Airlines, in Regulations, Safety Management System (SMS), Human Factors in Aviation, and Emergency Response Plan. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with consistent success in change management and process improvement.
