“You can’t climb the ladder of success with your hands in your pocket!”Together with my family, we have a dream to open a small boutique hotel within fifteen years. The earnings we will make should be sufficient to maintain our simple lifestyle in a carefree way. This dream has started during my education: hospitality management in 2013, which I cannot get away from. Next to that, and more importantly I have a new motivation in my life since 2019 when our daughter was born. In our case, it was not a given fact to have children and it was a long process which had big impact on our life. This period strengthened me more than ever and enabled me to keep looking brightly at the future. During work, as a partner and as a colleague, this results in someone who continues where others stop. In my role I often act as an intermediary between our customers and our organization. In this way I’m often promoting or representing double interests which can be quite challenging to keep everyone aligned and happy. However, in this role I feel comfortable and enables me to give my best. By continuing to focus on ways of communication, staying adaptable with all kind of requests, persons and interests and lastly, looking pragmatically at technical and market developments I believe that I’m able to help every company or institution in its digital transformation for the coming years.
