Since concluding my Green Card application, I have been working on independent film and music projects as a producer, composer, sound designer and sound mixer.

I assisted composers Allyson Newman and Heather McIntosh as they prepared the music for season 2 of Showtime's hit show 'The L Word: Generation Q". I handled administrative and organizational duties, to facilitate their workflow and optimize the creative space. Getting a close look at the inner workings of a massive network show has broadened my range as a composer and refined my ability to administer big budget projects.

I was one of the orchestral arrangers for our university's studio ensemble. This experience allowed me grow in a multitude of ways, as I had the opportunity to write for and rehearse with a full sized orchestra, as well as conducting at the end-of-semester concerts.

I was a teaching assistant for a wide range of classes in the audio engineering and vocal programs. The main classes I was a part of were studio recording, live recording, live performance workshops and vocal lessons. I also helped with general events at the university, like freshman initiation and the summer camp program.
