- Quality Engineer - 1 yr. Rotation - Provide support to the production area in the following of workmanship standards, customer requirements, project followup and day to day activities. Coordinate and follow up projects for Continuous Improvement. Visual Aid, Quality Alerts and procedure creation and maintenance as well as other document controls.- Manufacturing Engineer - 6 Month Rotation - Provide support to the production area in the following of workmanship standards, customer requirements, project followup and day to day activities. PFMEA creation and follow up as well as control plans. Document and control processes and maintain records for process improvements. - Materials / Prod. Control Analyst / Inventory Analyst - 6 Month Rotation - Improve material management, focusing on lot sizes, inventory reduction and ensuring the avoidance of shortages across the plant. Ensure on-time product shipment to customers. - Production Supervisor - 1.5 Years - Manage human resource to ensure production schedule requirements are met. Lead and manage process improvement cycles such as Continuous Improvement Kaizens, PFMEAs, and safety issue and risk elimination. Maintain payroll and absentee records.

Design Molds, Poka-yoke Jigs/Fixtures and tooling used in production for rubber molding. Coordinate, create and mantain BOMs and routing sheets. Coordinate projects for material savings and process improvement. Design and program CNC routines for rubber compression molds. Create and maintain tool, mold and raw material inventory database.

Assist in the coordination of injection mold transfer and validations. Organize, develop and deploy safety trainings. Assist in Job Hazard Analysis programs. Elaborate and update efficiency and utilization reports for injection molding machines. Parameter definition for assembling machines. Design and implement fixtures / jigs.
