For our client Novartis Pharma, We successfully managed to build a team and infrastructure for web development and we kick-started 4 medium size web apps from scratch my responsibilities were:- decide which technologies to use - technical design and architecture - create and reinforce code best practices and guidelines by overseeing other team members and code-reviews.- maintain the unified structure and code reusability across the projects - interviewing and hiring new team members. - guide and mentor other team members and support their career development.- collaborate and coordinate with other teams: (DevOps, Mobile, Business, UX)
