Ingo Brinker berät Mandanten im deutschen, europäischen und internationalen Kartellrecht, insbesondere in Fusionskontrollverfahren, in Marktbeherrschungs- und Missbrauchsfällen, in Kartellermittlungen und -prozessen sowie zu Compliance-Programmen. In seiner langjährigen Berufspraxis hat Ingo Brinker bereits zahlreiche bedeutende Fälle vor dem Bundeskartellamt und der Europäischen Kommission sowie vor dem EuG/EuGH und deutschen Kartellgerichten verhandelt. Zusätzlich verfügt Ingo Brinker über spezielle Kenntnisse im Versicherungssektor sowie bei Private Equity Investments. Seit Dezember 2018 ist er Vorsitzender der Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht e.V., der größten Vereinigung von Kartellanwälten und -Ökonomen in Europa.Ingo advises clients on European, German and international competition and antitrust laws, with a special focus on merger control, dominance and unilateral conduct, cartel investigations and follow-on damages claims and compliance. In his career, he has represented corporations and undertakings in major cases at the European Commission, the Bundeskartellamt and other National Competition Authorities, as well as in court proceedings at the European Court of Justice, the German Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals for Competition Law, and as co-counsel in international court and arbitration proceedings. He is particularly experienced in the area of high tech, insurance and Private Equity. Since December 2018, he has been Chairman of Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht, the largest association of competition lawyers and economists in Europe.
