Developing, aligning and optimizing the overall product and lifecycle strategy for the entire portfolio of high-pressure ultrasonic gas meters for which I'm responsible.

Project coordination based on technical specifications and concepts from our customers, i.e. engineered to order (ETO) solutions. This includes analysing specifications and deriving actions for the proposal, design and production phases.Implementing and optimising cross-functional processes from proposal to delivery to reduce cycle time and avoid misunderstandings with our customers (both internal and external).

As head of incoming goods inspection (2 employees), I was responsible for ensuring the quality of all components delivered. On the other hand, as head of the documentation department (3 employees), I was responsible for the complete documentation of all devices, components and, in particular, the project business according to customer-specific requirements. Lastly, I became the QA/QC manager for the “Turkstream” gas pipeline project.

The role of the Supply Quality Engineer was focused on ensuring the long-term supplier quality of all purchased components, through internal and external audits. However, my tasks also included process analysis and optimization, recording and evaluating KPIs.As a member of the “Introduction of a new ERP system” project, I was able to gain in-depth insights and actively design and define processes.

My role as Process Specialist in the “Traditional Vulcanization and Mould Shop” included process monitoring, standardization and implementation of new KPIs and processes as well as the optimization of throughput times. The role also included deputy personnel planning, time recording and expense accounting.In close cooperation with the project department, I was responsible for the Pirelli-wide initial industrialization of 2 ultrasonic mold cleaning systems and their 24/7 operation.
