Being 31 years in the F&B operations taught me a lot of things but my passion for food, concept development and especially my love for people and challenges helped me to still feel comfortable when working. I am one of those people, who do not think that work is actual work. I love my multi-facetted job with all my heart and every inch of my body.For 26 years now I take care of employees and lead them. Since 20 years I have committed myself to concept development for different restaurants and kitchen types, whether it is sushi, pasta, salad or burgers. Altogether I experienced and managed over 30 restaurant openings. The recent ones were five store openings for LeBurger, the company and brand I am working for since 2014. In summer 2016 the flagship store at Mariahilfer Street opened its doors, two years later I started the project to expand LeBurger throughout Austria as well as international and to establish a franchise business. I love giving new things a try. For this purpose I like to go back into the kitchen, meet with my kitchen managers and work on new creations. Creativity is one of my strengths and at LeBurger luckily there is always an opportunity to live creativity the most. Furthermore sustainability and environmental protection is one of my personal concerns. My aim is to make the gastronomy sector greener and bring some consciousness into the game. I am open to alternatives when it comes to kitchen gear, equipment or anything else that can be swapped into sustainable products. Besides that I always try to support regional companies, start ups or small entrepreneurs. I am constantly looking for new trends and extraordinary things. Therefor I am quite willing to get new companies on board or form new cooperations.With a lot of love and dedication I accomplished calling work what I love to do on a daily basis and to even have time for globetrotting, kite surfing and my cats and dogs. Hence one can say, my job is not a job, it is passion.
