Building of a fast and robust C++ implementation of an Event driven Phase lock loop simulation approach rather than a SPICE transient simulation approach with the aim of reducing simulation times by a factor of 10^2 to 10^3.

During the time at B2motion i took part in the development of the navigation system NavMe, one of the first mobile navigation systems of its time, splitting the tasks of route calculation, map matching and navigation as well as user interaction into different locations in a heterogenous system consisting of a mobile phone, a cheap custom RISC computer based embedded Linux machine and a by todays terms cloud based approach on offboard route calculation. Users could use the system in two versions, as an add-on for in car hands free systems or as a tiny version that could be clicked on the charging port of mobile phones (J2ME enabled).
