Lived in Berlin between 1994 and 2002. Ex music performing & recording artist, 3 albums released on major record labels between 1994 and 2001. Lots of touring all over Europe, 300+ live shows with my band.Got a diploma in Graphic Design & Digital Media Marketing in 2004, worked in various Berlin creative agencies [Zum Goldenen Hirschen, Plantage] as copywriter. Moved to the UK in 2005 to follow a dream and to broaden my horizon. Worked for Google as a Search Engine Quality Evaluator on German language projects and then from Dec 2006 as Senior Link Building / SEO Strategist for digital agency GUAVA in Cornwall, UK where I pleased lots of old and won lots of new clients. I left Guava in March 2010 for Bristol where I quickly started working as Head of SEO for Bristol digital agency Yucca. In October 2011 Yucca got bought by full service advertising company Bray Leino. Yucca kept all of their happy clients and I was now responsible for everything to do with SEO and content inbound marketing for the new company Yucca Bray Leino.After building Bray Leino Yucca's SEO department from scratch, and 7 years of delivering very successful on- and off-site SEO campaigns for household names like Pret A Manger and Brittany Ferries, I moved on to join the global Sage.com SEO team as International SEO operations lead in 2017, working with high-caliber external industry people like Aleyda Solis and leading agencies like Peak Ace and Built Visible. In November 2018 I left Sage, started freelancing again and started moving my family from the UK to Portugal. I also became a partner at Ardoa Organics and have since launched a whole company/brand, producing and selling 100% plant based products, with a network of commercial market sites across UK/EU. I am mainly responsible for SEO and content, but also social media and aspects of affiliate and marketing. I have also since acquired a vast knowledge of anything regarding CBD and medicinal cannabis. Since beginning of 2023 I scaled down my Ardoa Organics work, working as Head of SEO for Serps Invaders, amongst other SEO consultation projects.
