It Operations Manager
CurrentLead the Group IT department which provides shared IT services for all Aware affiliated companies• Provide operations of all internal IT services in accord-ance with agreed SLAs• Control IT Security in alignment with internal policies and established best practices• Continuously monitor the availability and reliability of all IT infrastructure components to protect and respond to any incidents• Create Technology roadmap and budget in alignment with business requirements• Initiate, plan and manage projects to maintain and im-prove the Group’s IT infrastructure• Provide technical guidance and support in the areas of Microsoft 365, Exchange, VMWare vSphere, Windows Servers and Clients, Hyper-V, Azure, AWS)Support external customer acquisition• Provide presales support to help with acquisition of new clients• Provide technical expertise for solution design• Manage selected customer accounts
