• Responsible for supporting the delivery of a comprehensive Internship and Volunteer Program hosting 300+ young professionals yearly at headquarters in Washington D.C. and offices in Member State Countries throughout the Western Hemisphere.• Interprets and applies Human Resources rules and policies on issues such as: recruitment, selection, organizational development, employee relations, termination, transfer and any other HR-related action.• Serves as point of contact for virtual and onsite employee inquiries regarding the Internship & Volunteer Program.• Successfully coordinates weekly trainings/information sessions for 3 internship sessions yearly. • Delivered Mentoring Session on CVs, Cover Letter and Interview tips for over 100 interns with 100% satisfaction rate.• Supports and maintains relationships with governments, sister organizations, and schools to strengthen the Internship Program and its activities.• Overviews the selection process of interns from beginning to end (screening of applications, interviews, extend offers/prepares and sends acceptance letters, onboarding) and helps manage over 3000 applications on a yearly basis.• Supports the Staffing Section of the Department of Human Resources screening technical profiles for different areas across the organization related to technology, law, project management, education-related, managerial roles.

• Facilitate mock interviews to enhance interview skills and confidence. • Stay familiar with industry trends and labor market dynamics to provide up-to-date career advice.• Provide personalized guidance and feedback at the end of each mock interview.
