Work with a number of teams within ANSIRA to effectively deliver seamless cross-channel marketing campaigns.Participating in client strategy sessions, gathering and documenting requests, managing client expectations, and disseminating information to team members as necessary. Responsible for ensuring flawless campaign delivery, but primarily responsible for gathering and translating client marketing requests into criteria and list segmentation requirements, and managing executional tasks across ANSIRA internal team members.Campaign Manager is a challenging role, as it requires knowledge of marketing strategy and agencies processes, as well as strong competencies in data and digital; along with working knowledge of campaign management software and/or the ability to learn this technology quickly. Translating complex demand creation plans into accurate, detailed, and synchronized marketing program timelines.Coordinating the development and execution of digital and traditional marketing programs across client contacts and our internal messaging development, creative and demand planning teams.Managing detailed marketing program timelines and ensuring specific milestones and program deadlines are met on a day-to-day basis.Ensure creative and messaging teams have clear direction and expectations by developing complete, accurate work orders, change orders and all other necessary project paperwork.Managing the content/creative development, review, edit and approval process for individual campaign vehicles.Scheduling and managing campaign planning, status review and approval meetings with internal and client-side decision makers.Supporting the Demand Creation Planning team by conducting campaign vehicle research to identify the best possible channels for reaching the client’s target market (online advertising, email list rentals/purchases, tradeshows/events, social media advertising, etc.).Serving as the final “quality control” checkpoint for all marketing programs before they are released to client for approval and into the market place.

• Plan various types of meetings including coordinating logistics (F&B, AV, etc., support education content & provide onsite meeting management.)• Manage exhibitors, sponsors, and show floor for the association’s annual tradeshow. • Update and develop content on the association’s website: www.AmericanFenceAssociation.com. • Work with Committee leader & members to ensure that each Committee has a clear strategy for accomplishing defined goals in a timely fashion: prepare meeting agendas, minutes & other required meeting documents. • Direct and drive the delivery of membership programs & development in accordance with client strategic plans.• Work with the client to identify new projects, develop detailed execution plans, & ensure they are completed by specific deadlines.• Design & produce association newsletters, flyers, & other communications.• Answer all association telephone & email inquiries.

• Assist with all aspects of in-house planning to meet clients’ needs. Clients include Orkin, H.D. Vest, Bud Light, American Honey, Xpedx & WESCO.• Food & beverage, talent, meetings, AV needs, transportation, etc.• Work with hotel on menus/food, beverage, & décor to meet client’s expectations.• Partner with the DMC to arrange activities, décor/entertainment, transportation, etc.• Submit & manage creative pre-trip & signage requirements to ensure successful communication to the participants before travel & while onsite.• Create pre-trip documents & various other communications for the participants.• Coordinate pre-trip mail-out.
