Jose Ramos is a Civil Engineer with Master’s in construction management. He has held managerial positions in companies developing residential housing, electric power transmission, electrical substations, highways and master plan projects, including industrial construction, infrastructure and various public works. His expertise is focused in project management, adviser in special developments, planning and budgeting as well as urban coordination, architectural and detailed engineering projects. He is a specialist in public and private works tenders, experienced in cost engineering for water and sewer infrastructure projects, land movements and civil construction.He is Professor at "Tecnologico de Monterrey" and Master’s Professor at the "Instituto Tecnologico de la Construccion". At the Mexican Chamber of Construction Industry (CMIC) he supported as an advisor in legislation for public works, cost analysis and budgeting, also he is a trainer in the field of construction management and has designed various Diploma courses. Currently teaching at Tecnológico de Monterrey “Business Management of the Construction Industry” also at CMIC “Diploma in Construction Management”
