I have been, for the entirety of my adult life, a professional Creative in one form or another. My work has spanned a wide spectrum of disciplines, from illustration to design to video editing. The earliest days of my career focused on the comics industry where I worked as an illustrator, art director and occasional self-publisher. For the past 19 years I have worked as a video editor, colorist, and all-round post artist, developing extensive knowledge in the ever–evolving digital production and post workflow. I believe in supporting the creative enthusiasm of others while also maintaining high expectations of quality and strongly following the ethics of working smarter while working harder. I also tend to give my unfiltered (while respectful) opinion. These traits have often led to leadership leaning on me to guide my fellow creatives as well my advice on or actual direction of our workflow processes. I also believe in equity when it comes to creative expression. As a Trans-Woman, I value the perspective of others on subjects and ideas outside of my own. I strongly believe in respecting the individual, be it in fictional storytelling or marketing. My specialties in software include DaVinci Resolve, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects. I am comfortable with (although often irritated by) both Mac and Windows based systems.
Listed skills include After Effects, Post Production, Video Editing, Mac, and 24 others.
