Does creativity have a place in the IT industry? I truly hope so. IT field is so straight forward, there's no room for mistakes and I try my best to think, as they say, out of the box mixing solutions and making it easier for the people to identify and avoid falling into the same common issues.Sometimes a writer, sometimes a graphic artist but most (MOST) of the time I'm fighting patch cords to put them in order. Fixing things around and (sometimes) putting my patience to test. Over 12 years now of fixing computers, arranging networks, recovering lost data, etc., etc. Fan of the music, science fiction and the machines (not a band), and practically every electronic artifact.Making friends. Writing letters for those who can't. Teaching whatever I can teach to whoever in need to learn something new. Helping others is mostly what I do.Tech support professional with 14 years' experience.
