Profound Cloud was an MSP (outsourced IT firm) servicing over 75 SMB customers (~5,000 devices managed), primarily in the NYC Metro area.- Developed and grew Google Cloud Services practice (servicing SMB, EDU, MidMarket, and Enterprise) to become ~40% of revenue stream- Leadership role managing all aspects of service delivery to customers including Help Desk, Project Management, and Account Management- Lead in sales and acquisition of new customers - Architected solutions and services which formed the basis of Profound Cloud’s Managed IT, SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS solution offerings- Served as a mentor and final escalation point for technical team
