• Preparing the student’s schedule of on the job training and area of assignment, local or international.• Overseeing interns during on the job trainings.• Assigning make up duties for interns who failed to attend scheduled training. • Resolving and carefully investigating conflicts between interns and Hotels/Restaurants.• Preparing students’ documents/requirements needed prior to training exposure.• Computing the student’s grades and recording remarks.• Organizing special and seasonal school events and assigning members of the program.• Planning and booking tour reservations and arranging itineraries.
