Responsible for strategy, processes and systems within the communication and IR area, which included strategy, planning and implementation of internal and external communications, emergency preparedness and sustainability communication, media relations and social media, PR, and events. In addition, responsible for IR, including strategy, investor targeting, financial reporting, presentations, stock exchange- announcements and obligations, as well as follow-up of the financial market and various partners.

Responsible for Investor Relations and Corporate Communications in Kvaerner, leading a team of seven colleagues. The communication responsibility included all internal and external communications, media relations, stakeholder management, crisis management, marketing materials and branding. In addition, my role included being a member of various task forces related to restructuring, as well as the IR tasks described below.

Responsible for managing and implementing Kvaerner’s investor relations activities, as well as being the contact point towards the financial market. Responsible for planning and producing materials for all financial reporting, capital markets days and presentations. Assist with General Meetings, assessments connected to dividend policy and other corporate events. Responsible for the investor section on www.kvaerner.com, regular reporting to the Board and executive management, and monitoring of stock exchange regulations and procedures for handling of insider information as Insider Trading Officer in the company.In connection with the IPO of Kvaerner in July 2011, I established the IR function in the newly listed company, contributed to the production of prospectus and other information to the financial market, and established contact with, met and answered questions from analysts, investors and other stakeholders. I was also responsible for establishing format and procedures for quarterly financial reports, other reporting and monitoring of the Oslo Stock Exchange's Continuing Obligations.

Statoil Fuel & Retail was stock listed in 2010 and I was employed to strengthen the investor relations team.
