• Conducted and analyzed qualitative research with a team of 4 other research assistants from diverse academic backgrounds in a 4-week undergraduate scholarly residency.• Gathered, translated, and analyzed primary source documents in English and Spanish andpresented them in a written format as a precursor to publication.• Presented the synthesized research findings at the Scholars in Residence 2020 Research Colloquium to the Office of the Dean, other supervising professors and peers.

• Supervised and supported a team of 14 student staff members while creating opportunities for personal and professional growth and improving interpersonal skills through various team-building initiatives.• Managed administrative processes such as Room Switches and Cancellations for 200 students while proposing and implementing changes to the Winter Break and Check-in/ Check-out processes for 1500 students in residence.• Implemented customer service evaluations and analyzed the results in order to improve customer service practices. Results were summarized and reported to the Student Housing Department, alongside recommendations of feedback implementation.• Facilitated over 80 one-on-one meetings surrounding student occupancy by understanding students’ concerns, thinking of available resources and providing solutions in order to enhance their residence experience.

• Responded to general inquiries from parents and students by listening attentively, asking probing questions and adequately understanding their concerns to properly direct them to any corresponding support and resources on campus.• Completed administrative tasks including key programming, payment processing, data organization, interacting with campus partners and handling residence resources• Represented the university at events within and outside the campus such as Fall Campus Day, March Break Open House and the Ontario Universities’ Fair.
