About Ingrid Brattvær

Leadership, process improvement, sales, consulting, communication, and digital marketing are areas where I have extensive experience. As International Event Lead at Statkraft, I work on event strategy and the practical execution of large energy fairs. I also focus on lead digitization and communication strategy.I have a solid background from advertising agencies, having served as the leader of the digital agency Synlighet in Trondheim and as a project manager and copywriter at Bennett Advertising Agency. During my time as head of Synlighet’s Trondheim office, I grew the team from seven to thirteen employees within two years. My responsibilities included working on culture, development, sales, and delivering digital strategies, campaign plans, and content, as well as conducting workshops for clients.I became familiar with sustainable place development (a place is also a brand!) and circular economy during my year as COO and advisor at the strategy company Natural State. There, I contributed to internal processes and sales.My experience spans from leadership to operational work. As a leader, I also enjoy being hands-on, as it provides me with the understanding needed to be relevant to colleagues and to make everyday processes smoother. It’s an ongoing journey.
