In addition to serving as guide for guests diving and swimming in the largest exhibit, I am responsible for training new volunteer and staff divers. I designed, developed and maintain electronic dive logs in MS Access for the Dive Safety Officer. The logs have decreased the time required to provide trending information to industry groups (such as AAUS), insurance underwriters and senior management.I also participate in environmental activities such as terrestrial and underwater cleanups, research projects in marine and underwater archaeology, and fish survey and collection.

• Increased ISO 9001:2008 and CMMI L2 and L3 compliance rate by identifying and implementing process improvements in project and organizational process areas such as requirements management, configuration management, project planning, project monitoring and control, training, verification and validation.• Increased awareness of organizational process requirements and process assets through short, yet interactive training sessions and exercises.• Reduced effort to report process non-compliances to senior management by designing and implementing a tracking system of audits, reviews, and non-compliances.• Designed an efficient and effective system to process appeals for decennial census.
