The Associate Director of Product Development and Management provides operational direction for the development, management and commercialization of clinical and Biopharma assays within Viracor-IBT. Contributes to the operational success of Viracor-IBT by providing leadership, ensuring seamless team management & development, and standardizing project management practices which include developing overall project plans, timelines and resources to ensure that products are successfully ushered through the product development lifecycle process.
