In addition, I established and articulated a vision for the company, building and motivating a talented, high-performing team to execute vision. MY KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS INCLUDED:• Leading the realignment of NCB OMNI fund investment portfolio to profitability and strengthened internal controls for funds management, including development of investment policy. • Spearheading merger and integration of NCB’s insurance and pension organisations, managing the largest pension fund in Jamaica with J$50B in funds. • Serving as chairman and member of the Investment Committee and business sponsor for the selection and implementation of company’s pension administration and investment management systems.
