In 2012, Ingrid co-founded Black Star Elements with her husband, a solutions firm that aims to equip individuals and organizations to create value and sustainability by removing technology barriers. Ingrid took on the role of Measurement & Evaluation Coordinator, where she developed measurement frameworks and digital platforms to visualize outcomes and drive decision-making. Currently, Black Star Elements manages the development of business applications and tools for various Texas school districts and organizations across America.

Wonderfilled Institute is a foundation for creative learning specializing in research, program evaluation, and program design around disciplines that celebrate culture, beauty, and healthy life. Areas of study include Technology, including Digital Arts and Gaming; Performing Arts, including Dance, Theater, and Music; Visual Arts, including Traditional Art and Photography; and Agriculture, including Horticulture, Herbalism, and Culinary Arts.

- Research best practices and methods, current trends, etc. for the purpose of fund development, cultivating new programs, and evaluating current efforts.- Develop, implement, and analyze evaluation projects to improve financial, administrative, and program functions, including the development and tracking of service performance measures and outcomes.- Prepare and present research findings to Executive Team, Board of Directors, and at Community Events.- Develop and execute 2010-2017 Strategic Plan.- Coordinate community outreach campaign and internal/external marketing and events, including print and electronic information, marketing materials, sponsorship and donor recruiting, media packets, and social media communications.- Responsible for the design and production of graphic and print materials, working closely with vendors that relate to the creation and distribution of marketing and communications materials.- Design evaluation instruments and prepare written materials for the purpose of documenting activities, providing written reference, and conveying information.- Manage contract deliverables and communication, and coordinate administrative functions to insure that services are delivered in accordance with agency guidelines.- Direct fund development efforts, including grant writing for Federal, State and local opportunities resulting in over $250k awarded, and planning for the 2010 Big Bang presentation hosted by Dallas Social Venture Partnership resulting in new funding opportunities and strategic partnerships.- Supervise Urban Ambassadors delegated to 17 Dallas ISD schools to provide case management for identified students and coordinate administrative functions to insure that services are delivered in accordance with agency guidelines, including the drafting and review of correspondence and weekly reports.

- Work closely with the Program Manager of the Communities Empowering Youth (CEY) Program on three-year grant project to build the capacity of non-profit agencies, providing technical assistance and monthly training sessions.- Conduct desk reviews and on-site visits to partner agencies to monitor grant compliance according to Federal guidelines and CEY policies and procedures.- Collect, review, and audit agency documentation pertaining to programming and finances, in addition to documenting, analyzing, and reporting on review findings.- Create and implement forms and tools for conducting effective and efficient technical assistance for partner agencies, including training internal and external agency staff.- Research, advocate, and report on children and youth issues in the Greater Dallas area to affect organizational and educational policies to improve the health and well-being of children and families.- Recruit, coordinate, and plan for the Dallas Commission on Children and Youth, including program evaluation, grant writing, fund development, and research to determine future efforts.- Map community assets for database development of resources in the southeast sector of Dallas, including research and production of the 2010 Community Asset Mapping Report and Community Needs Assessment Report for zip codes 75216 & 75217.- Compile and review performance outcome measurements, annual Federal reports and special reports.- Serve as Team Leader for 2009 United Way Fundraising Campaign, awarded 2009 United Way Pacesetter Award.
