At Peoples Climate Movement, I developed and lead arts and cultural projects and programs that directly supported the organizing goals of local, state, and national partners in the fight for climate, jobs, and justice. I facilitated cross-sector collaborations to create compelling climate justice narratives and resources; managed advisory committees and partnerships; helped support the coalition's first non-partisan voter program; managed technical assistance and grant-making for a national day of action; and helped facilitate an organizational assessment and campaign planning process.

Directed Community Education programs for CUP, an award-winning nonprofit that uses design and art to increase meaningful civic engagement, particularly among historically underrepresented communities. I directed program planning and operations; managed a team of three to create ~15 major projects across four programs each year; helped formalize and grow CUP’s technical assistance portfolio; presented on CUP’s design methodologies nationally; and supported the Executive Director in fundraising, budgeting, communications, and strategic planning.

At CAF, I managed all aspects of exhibition development at Chicago’s leading cultural institution for public engagement in urban design. I produced two major exhibitions and several smaller projects in a public gallery that hosted over 250,000 visitors each year. I was responsible for all aspects of project design and development, including audience research, content strategy, budgeting, partner management, design, contractor management, production, and evaluation.

Instructed "Writing Social Justice," an advanced undergraduate course in writing, research and social justice theory at Roosevelt University.

Supported the activities of the Planning Team of an award-winning non-profit dedicated to transforming the ways communities prevent and end homelessness in Washington State.
