• Act as Team Lead and spend 90% of the time on supervisory activities and 10% for processing transactions • Act as escalation point and backup to the Associate manager and the other team leads. • Responsible for ensuring Service Delivery to the client, balancing staffing requirements with operational efficiencies and financial goals. • Conduct monthly coaching and performance feedback to the direct reports.• Manage, develop and lead a high performing, engaged and motivated team of professionals in the delivery in a well-planned, controlled, centralized, accurate and timely HR services.• Working in partnership with the HR Business Partners to manage through to resolution case escalations and complex requests, including customer interface; and to lead and collaborate to continuously improve service delivery. • Participates in the action and strategic planning process that establishes annual objectives and goals for an organization • Responsible for delivery on all contracts / SLAs.• Analyse and solve moderately complex problems. Create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.• Responsible to interact with other leads to identify opportunities for improvements/streamline processes/issues.• Responsible to manage the cross training and development of the team in terms of the HR processes and activities, to act as a backup for that team during peak periods and when team members are off.

• Adapt, communicate and implement the strategic direction of all operations to ensure adherence to global policies and processes • Create and implement short-term tactical plans to meet SLA performance metrics and financial targets through the efficient use of human resources, technology and maximization of workforce • Provide feedback and input for improvement of all programs, processes and policies and accountable for driving consistent, standardized and effective service delivery. • Resolve any escalated issues and risks • Facilitate teamwork and process integration across the team. • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and Stakeholders, within HR and with key Business leaders/counterparts • Manage and oversee the SLAs • Identify and drive continuous improvements to the scope, performance and cost-to-serve of each team • Lead initiatives and collaborate to improve the end-to-end HR delivery processes • Accountable for driving consistent, standardized and effective service delivery of HR processes • Provide leadership and direction service delivery teams • Create reports on a regular basis as well as attend to ad hoc requests required by the business.

- In charge of overall Human Resource and Administration and some Finance works of the Company- Monitors and updates 201 files of the employees- Conducts orientation and briefing of Code of Conduct- Conducts sourcing and selection of candidates- Conducts initial and final interviews of candidates- Prepares and process monthly payroll of employees and facilitates government contributions- Issues and implements employee memorandums such as new policies, disciplinary actions and other updates.
