(ECC) CRM provides single desktop view used by ECC call center agents to view and record relevant information and resolve student (Veterans and Beneficiaries) calls. The ECC solution will eliminate the need for call agents to access multiple systems and leverage the software and tools that have been used by the CRM Unified Desktop project.PM support includes requirements gathering, PMAS and risk management, production evaluation management and status.
