With over 23 years of experience in auditing, finance, and financial reporting, I am a Principal at Sikich, a leading professional services firm. As a CPA and an audit leader, I oversee the delivery of high-quality audit and assurance services to a diverse portfolio of clients, in employee benefit plan practice. I leverage my skills in auditing standards, accounting principles, data analytics, and risk management to ensure compliance, accuracy, and transparency in financial reporting and compliance. I also mentor and coach the audit staff and managers, and foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and excellence. Prior to joining Sikich, I was an audit managing director at Grant Thornton LLP, where I led the employee benefit plans practice in the south-central region and also previously served as a global total rewards accounting lead at Monsanto Company/Bayer. I also previously worked at a couple of the Big 4 accounting firms. I am passionate about providing value-added solutions to my clients, enhancing the audit profession specially focusing on employee benefit plans, and supporting the communities I serve.
