CurrentIk werk sinds september 2018 bij FARMATEC. Farmatec verzorgt het verlenen van farmaceutische vergunningen, erkenningen, ontheffingen en registraties voor geneesmiddelen en medische hulpmiddelen voor bijvoorbeeld de farmaceutische industrie. Daarnaast is Farmatec verantwoordelijk voor het toekennen van vergoedingslimieten aan geneesmiddelen (Geneesmiddelenvergoedingssysteem (GVS), het vaststellen van maximumprijzen voor geneesmiddelen (Wet geneesmiddelenprijzen (WGP) en de add-on databank (AOD).Tevens ben ik belast met de behandeling van aanmeldingen van online aanbieders van geneesmiddelen voor het verkrijgen van het EU-logo. Sinds 1 juli 2015 moeten online aanbieders van geneesmiddelen zich aanmelden bij de overheid. In Nederland is dat bij het CIBG, een uitvoeringsorganisatie van VWS. Het CIBG controleert de online aanbieder. Verkoopt hij geneesmiddelen die hij wettelijk mag verkopen? Dan wordt de aanbieder opgenomen in het overzicht op de website www.aanbiedersmedicijnen.nl. De aanbieder moet dan het Europese logo op zijn website plaatsen.De consument klikt op het logo en komt zo terecht op de website www.aanbiedersmedicijnen.nl. De online aanbieder moet in de aanbiederslijst op deze website staan. Op deze aanbiederslijst staat ook welke categorie (UR/UA-UAD-AV) medicijnen hij mag verkopen.
