As a Peer Adviser, I provided academic and personal support to students, guiding them on course selection and campus resources while tracking their progress to ensure success. In addition to advising, I managed the program's social media accounts, sharing important updates on deadlines, events, and office news to keep the student community informed and engaged.

As a GLOBE Ambassador, I was one of 20 students selected for a global program that focuses on the intersection of engineering and business expansion strategies. I conducted research, interviews, and data analysis to create a market entry plan for Heroic Faith, a Taiwanese medical device startup, aiming to break into the U.S. market. I presented my findings and strategic recommendations to the company's executives and traveled to Taiwan to visit many Tech Company headquarters, gaining valuable insights into the local market economy.

As a House Manager, I manage the house finances and act as the primary liaison between house members and the housing office. I coordinate room assignments, oversee move-ins and move-outs, and ensure that all living spaces meet safety standards. I also develop and implement an Emergency Preparedness plan to ensure the safety and well-being of residents, while facilitating furniture requests and providing essential resources to support house members’ needs.

As a Waste Reduction Manager, I oversee the house's recycling efforts, ensuring proper use of recycle bins and enforcing trash management rules. My role focuses on promoting eco-friendly practices within the household to reduce waste and increase sustainability.

In my role as a Resident Assistant (RA), I fostered a welcoming, inclusive, and safe community for PREP students. Communicated and collaborated with program leads to address student concerns and needs. Provided emotional and academic support. Trained in Conflict Management, Residential Care, Cultural Humility, and Conflict Resolution.

I processed international money transfers through Intermex and assisted customers with setting up international phone and internet services using Boss Revolution. I also utilized Square software to efficiently process customer transactions, ensuring a smooth and reliable checkout experience.

As part of the Pre-Engineering Program with 167 students, I collaborated with a team of engineers to address hazardous flooding in coastal areas. We designed and prototyped an innovative structural foundation system that incorporated a waterproof sensor to monitor water levels and an alert mechanism for early flood detection. Our project aimed to enhance flood resilience and safety. I also had the opportunity to present our product to over 20 companies, showcasing our solution and its potential impact on mitigating flooding risks.

I was a server, cashier and this jobs helped me improve my communication skills, work ethics and how to work in a fast paced environment. We also worked as a team to accommodate our customers as best as we can.
