I have over six years of work experience in the IT industry, I am a passionate and skilled Systems Engineer at Retirement Clearinghouse, a leading provider of retirement plan portability solutions. In my current role, I help manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the company's servers and systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. I have experience using various tools and platforms, such as AWS, Azure, Active Directory, Group Policy, VMware, AWS, Rubrik, Powershell, Jira ticketing system, ConnectWise, O365; Exchange and Administrator, to enhance the IT infrastructure and operations of the company. I have been part of both, quarterly internal audits and yearly SOC audits, and work with ISO 27001 and NIST security frameworks. I also have proficiency in Windows operating systems, hardware and software support. I am committed to delivering high-quality IT solutions that support the company's goals and values. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team of IT professionals, and I am always eager to learn new technologies and best practices in the IT industry.Last, I have gotten certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA A+, AWS Cloud Practitioner, ISC2 CC, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Technology Associate, and I completed a six month Cybersecurity Boot Camp from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2023, and currently very close to completion of my Cybersecurity and Information Assurance B.S.
